Seventeen years as a teacher, police officer, security supervisor, or a licensed private investigator have provided Mr. Horner with the experience necessary to understand, define, and document difficult situations. He regularly conducts interviews and video surveillance, and provides documentation for client’s requests. Mr. Horner’s skills in negotiation and conflict resolution bring peace to difficult situations.

Mr. Horner earned a Bachelor Degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of North Texas. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas Police Academy with certification as a Basic Peace Officer, and also holds certification as a 8-12th grade Social Studies Teacher and a K-12th grade Special Education Teacher in the State of Texas. Mr. Horner has completed additional specialized courses in effective case preparation for court, patterns and dynamics of divorcing couples, electronic evidence, and ethics, legalities, and gray areas.

Mr. Horner is a member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators and also the National League of Licensed Investigators.
