From humble beginnings, Dr. Espinosa started his medical career with the United States Army as a Combat Medic and Air Ambulance Medic. He later became an 'A Team' Executive Officer with the 19th Special Forces Group. He returned to college, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, was accepted to medical school, and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine with a Medical Doctorate in 1987 and he returned to active service in the United States Army. Dr. Espinosa pursued his medical education in the field of Orthopaedic Medicine with an Internship and a Residency and a subsequent fellowship in Hand Surgery. He has served in a multitude of executive leadership positions, ranging from service, department and command to operational theater consultant. He has completed senior executive level management schools in the United States Army, including the AMEDD Officer Advanced Course, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Senior Executive Leadership Course, Strategic Medical Leadership Course, the Forward Surgical Team Commander’s Brigade Combat Team and Division Surgeon’s Courses. He is licensed in Colorado for the Active Practice of Medicine and Washington for Active Physician and Surgeon: Dr. Espinosa has contributed more than 50 works of publications or presentation to the medical community.    Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and Fellowship trained as a Hand Surgeon, Dr. Espinosa is a Member of the Diplomat National Board of Medical Examiners, a Fellow of American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, a Fellow of American College of Surgeons, and an Active Member of the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons. His interests include teaching, strategic medical humanitarian aid and medical missionary work. Dr. Espinosa desires to start-up a strategic humanitarian non-profit NGO to initiate and sustain overseas medical and cultural initiatives. His past humanitarian work includes Pediatric Orthopedics for the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children, as well as missionary and humanitarian work in Burma, Haiti, Thailand, Afghanistan and Iraq.  He retired from the United States Army on 30 September 2008 after 28 years of active federal service. R.G. “Rick” Yates enlisted in the US Marines as a private and served with the Marine Support Battalion, Naval Security Group Activity, in Guantanamo Bay (GTMO), Cuba and in Okinawa, Japan, and also with Second Radio Battalion near Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. Sergeant Yates completed his four-year active duty term in 1976.  R.G. “Rick” Yates completed his BS in Chemical Engineering at Auburn University in 1980. His professional career in the petroleum refining industry continued for ten years while working for the “majors”. He also served with a process simulations company and an engineering and construction company. He returned to graduate school and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Tulsa in 2000.  Since graduate school, Dr. Yates has embarked upon several parallel business ventures and several start-up companies while simultaneously teaching at more than one college. He has also served as Director of Engineering in a manufacturing firm. Very conscientious and dedicated, Dr. Yates possesses organizational abilities and a firm but kind spirit that stimulates, motivates, and develops a team to complete work in a timely fashion. He embraces situations requiring change and pursues new challenges that require discovery, development, application, or implementation of creative solutions in a challenging growth environment.
In 2008, Mr. Mufti relocated to the United States where he earned an MBA. His proven abilities in international marketing and contract law, fluency in Arabic and English, 'hands on' legal, mediation, and negotiating experience in the Middle East and Dubai, and education provide strong background for his pursuits involving trading and import-export transactions in the Middle East.
The construction business comes naturally to Mr. Daniel whose family was heavily involved in masonry. However, before embarking on his own business, Mr. Daniel joined the United States Navy and volunteered for two tours in Vietnam with US Navy Special Forces SOG “Brown Water Navy - River Rats”. During this period, Mr. Daniel was awarded three Bronze Stars. After his military service, Mr. Daniel returned to the masonry business and eventually became interested in remodeling. Thirty years ago, Mr. Daniel started up Daniel Construction Services and has been rehabilitating housing for resale. Mr. Daniel’s outside work activities include the start-up of one VFW chapter. And, in 2002, Mr. Daniel founded and is the President of the Charities Foundation of South Texas, which receives and resells property to contribute the proceeds to charity.
For 25 years, literacy instruction has been the focus of Dr. Parker’s career, which has spanned the entire spectrum from kindergarten to graduate school. She graduated from Loma Linda University with as B.S., and Tennessee State University with a Master’s and a Doctorate in Education. She now teaches graduate school at Tennessee State University. The public school system in Nashville, Tennessee uses Dr. Parker’s literacy model that was developed from research supported by the National Reading Panel. She is certified by the State of Tennessee for teaching elementary grades and also English as a Second Language. Dr. Parker regularly presents at conferences and also serves as a Migrant Education Curriculum Consultant for the State of Tennessee. Dr. Parker’s life work is well suited to the challenges of developing high quality curricula for developing countries.  Dr. Parker is a member of International Reading Association (IRA), and the Teachers of English to Students of Other Language.
Dr. Alkadhi began his professional career in agriculture with a BSc and a Ph.D., and later became the Deputy Director of the Directorate of Agriculture. Given his exposure to different cultures, the Ethnocultural Council of London, Ont. tapped him as Treasurer. During this period, he earned a certificate and taught English as a Second Language at the London Language Center. In Canada, he co-founded Alkadhi Translation and Interpretation Services to provide English, Arabic, and Kurdish interpretation and translation. A natural cultural advisor and consultant, Dr. Alkadhi is familiar with Turcoman, and Assyrian languages through helping others meet their needs. While a member of Cultural Interpretation Services of Ottawa-Carlton, Dr. Alkadhi acted as a liaison between recipients and social and human services organizations. Simultaneously, he assisted in Systematic Entomology research with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Since 2002, Dr. Alkadhi has worked in the news media as a broadcaster with Radio Free Europe and news editor with Alhurra TV.  Through his agricultural background, Dr. Alkadhi has a thorough knowledge of the cultural and economic issues in Iraq, Kurdistan and the Middle East. He has researched, written articles, and broadcasted reports regarding agricultural, environmental, biodiversity, cultural and political issues.
